As a Senior Manager you already have an established network and experience in the area of recruiting and event management, which enable you to attract talent using various sources, to interview and help our partners to hire great employees and to plan, oversee and organize events that will make an impact.
 

If you are enthusiastic in using social media networks, speaking at events (in English), screening, interviewing and assessing candidates as well as planning, budgeting and managing projects within the group with fresh ideas, organizational skills and minimum oversight, then you are the right fit for our growing network. 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement overall event and talent acquisition and event strategy in close cooperation with the Management team

  • Prepare partnership proposals, event materials and post jobs to internal and external job boards as well as cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event

  • Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as overall branding, catering, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.

  • Research market, identify event opportunities, generate interest, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing deals

  • Source and attract candidates by using databases and social media.

  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications

  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships, especially during events

  • Propose ideas and conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes to improve provided services, event and recruiting quality

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar position (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

  • Proven experience as an events planner or organizer

  • Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Proactive, open to using new technologies and exploring new ways of doing things better

  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

  • Fluent English skills (written and oral)

  • Strong decision-making skills
